Alberni Low Energy Housing Society is in the business of changing and shaping lives. We are hard at work developing our newest housing project in Port Alberni. We have broken ground on our new site and construction is well underway!! Applications for tenancy will start in early 2021. With this new project we will be able to help many families in Port Alberni to access affordable housing. Watch for upcoming information.

Family Housing
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to help provide good, clean, affordable, energy efficient housing. This is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. The Maitland Family Housing Project will be a collection of 47 mostly 2 & 3 bedroom units, with a handful of 1 bedroom units. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

At Alberni Low Energy Housing Society, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the housing need in Port Alberni. This is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community partnerships we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.
